Floating Cubes Swatch Sheet

Meditate your worries away with floating cubes and the healing properties of color.

Four groupings of nesting cubes to swatch your markers, paints, colored pencils, or watercolor pencils. Each set of cubes is individually drawn in its own section, with plenty of room for you to write down any identifiers for each color or color combo.

In my example I used the four groups of cubes to explore a color or groups of clors and their 3 values of light, medium, and dark.

Laser printing is best if you want to ensure your markers or water-based paints will not blend with the strokes of the leaves.

If using an inkjet printer, spray your page with a workable fixative first, to prevent the black strokes from blending with any wet material you might be using.

FYI, my sample was printed with an inkjet on a text-weight 32lb cotton sheet by Crane called Lettra. I did blend my black strokes a little with my paints and added more brush and pencil strokes to flourish the leaves.
